How does Telemedicine work?
It’s super simple and really easy! Our visits will be conducted via video, kind of like facetime or skype (it’s just a medical-privacy compliant version called Doxy.me). All you do is click on the link a few minutes before our appointment on your phone, tablet or computer, type in your name, and I’ll start our video when I’m ready!

Will my Naturopathic care be affected?
Not at all! I will still be providing the same quality of care, with the exception of how physical exams are done. Any requirements for physical exams will be referred back to your family medical doctor (and I can help you find one if you don’t have one currently!).
How will I get my supplements and lab test kits?
As of January 1st, 2019 one FREE shipment anywhere in Canada for any supplements and/or lab test kits will be included with each visit that you do.
If you need a supplement refill or a lab test kit between visits, you will get free shipping anywhere in Canada over $150 in supplements, or $10 shipping anywhere in Canada for any purchases under $150.
What’s so great about video visits?
Parking will be a breeze! You won’t have to spend time trying to find parking close to the clinic or spend ANY money on parking!
Trying to come and see me during rush hour will be a thing of the past!
You won’t have to worry about getting a babysitter for your kids or struggling to keep them busy during visits.
It’ll be so much easier not having to worry about getting to the clinic when the weather is bad!
You get to see me from the comfort of your own home or any location you choose!
What if I don’t want to do video visits?
We can also do visits via phone if you’d prefer (or if your internet connection isn’t as solid as we’d like), however where possible I’d always like to see patient’s faces!
Will you still be able to direct to my insurance?
Yes! We’re still absolutely able to direct bill to the same companies as before for you!

Will your schedule change at all?
No, my office hours when I see patients will stay the same:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11-7 and Saturdays from 11-5
How will you take payments?
The clinic will still be able to process Visa and Mastercard, but if you’d prefer to pay with debit, you’re welcome to send the clinic an e-transfer. Payment is due in full for all consultations, lab tests and supplements the day of service.
